friendslist Terms of Use

By registering and using the friendslist Android or iOS app, you agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully. In the following Terms of use, we refer to you as a user as "you" or "user" and to the friendlist app as "app" or "we".

1. Scope of application

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the friendslist Android or IOS App.

1.2 By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. By agreeing, you warrant to us that you will not violate the Terms of Use.

3. Availability of the service

3.1 friendslist has an availability of 24 hours a day. However, there may be interruptions to the service, for example, due to maintenance work.

4. Obligations as a user of the app

4.1 You undertake to use the App in such a way that you do not violate the Terms of Use, morality or otherwise violate applicable German law and the law applicable in your country.

4.2 In particular, you are not authorized to:

• Publish content including pictures and videos in your profile, the content of which constitutes a criminal offense or misdemeanor
• Publish pictures, videos or texts publicly in your profile that violate copyright or trademark law
• Publish pictures, videos or texts publicly in the profile that are insulting, racist or discriminatory or contain pornographic elements
• Publish pictures, videos or texts publicly in the profile that are unsuitable for young people of age 14 years
• Insult, discriminate or harass other users in the chat
• To disseminate messages in the chat, the content of which constitutes a criminal offense or a misdemeanor
• To send spam to other users
• To place advertising in your own public profile

4.3 If you violate the terms of use mentioned in these Terms Of Use we reserve the right:

• Delete or modify your posts
• Temporarily block and/or
• permanently delete your account

4.4 If legal violations have occurred as a result of your failure to comply with the Terms of Use, for which you are responsible through your posted content (breach of duty), you agree to indemnify us from any claims, including claims for damages.

By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you warrant to us that you will not create any posts that violate the Terms of Use.

5. Minimum age

The minimum age for using the app is 14. By registering and entering your date of birth, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1 We are not responsible for published content and conducted chats. We are only liable in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

6.2 We are not liable for the failure of the service.

7. Reservation of right to change

We have the right to change the terms of use at any time. The change will be displayed when starting the app and needs to be accepted before further use.

8. Cancellation and Term

Through your registration and confirmation of the terms of use, the term begins indefinitely. The membership can be cancelled at any time.
